1.WHAT INFORMATION DOES SWAAS COLLECT FROM YOU?
SwaaS collects data from you, through the sign-up process of your organization and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with SwaaS. If you represent an organization, such as a business, that utilizes SwaaS Products, SwaaS will collect some mandatory identity data to help provision access to the product and features in the products as required by your organization. Some of this data collected at setup as provided by your organization may include First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth Location, Location Address Department / Division, Job role and Manager information Organization identity e-mail address Some of this data that is collected during usage of the product may include Your usage details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use and features used Master and transaction data and other data stored in your user account, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, files accessed, errors generated, time zone Device locations, including specific geographic locations, such as through GPS or WiFi signals. Product setup and related permissions in mobile devices Once You download and install SwaaS mobile application(s), you may be prompted by your mobile devices to grant certain permissions to allow the application to perform certain actions on Your device. These actions may include permission to: Read/write/modify data in relation to the application on your device’s internal storage View/access information relating to networks/access networks, including permission to send and receive data through such networks/access networks View/access camera/photos on your device Access device information required to send notification/push notifications.
2.HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
SwaaS uses the data we collect to provide you rich, interactive experiences. In particular, we use data to: Provide our products, which includes updating, securing, and troubleshooting, as well as providing support. It also includes sharing data, when it is required to provide the service or carry out the transactions you request; Improve and develop our products; Provide information to the reporting hierarchy on access, status and other line of business specific activities through access provisioned reports
3.HOW TO ACCESS & CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Due to the nature of the products there is no control given to the user on the personal data. These are provided by your organization and provisioned in the product. The transaction data that is collected can be accessed through line of business read-only reports both by yourself and your line of business reporting structure

We reserve the right to use cookies. A cookie is a group of data serving as your anonymous individual identifier that is sent to your browser by websites. 6.RETENTION TIME
While access to products will be removed, SwaaS will retain both setup and transaction data as long as your organization requests to be retained – after this period (typically 7 years), your personal data will be handed over to the organization and irreversibly destroyed.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version of the Privacy Policy will always be posted on the SwaaS web site. Your continued use of the Application indicates your continued acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

The company cannot and does not ensure that any or all of the user’s private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this privacy policy. by way of example (and not by limitation), third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse any personal information that they collect from the application, whether lawfully or not. therefore, although the company uses industry standard practices (and follows all relevant legislations, rules and regulations) to protect the user’s privacy, the company does not promise (and the user should not expect) that any personal information or private communications will always remain private.
