BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The major expectation was to have a standardized approach across one-to-many Company -> Brand -> Channel -> Driver combination of campaigns. Weekly optimization/launch of schedules against multiple parallelly running campaigns was operationally becoming a challenge. We had faced challenges with missing out or delayed launch of schedules due to manual oversighting. Key expectation was for an automated workflow management
