BUSINESS CHALLENGE
The major expectation was to have a standardized approach across one-to-many Company -> Brand -> Channel -> Driver combination of campaigns. With expected large volume of Outreach, balancing appropriate domain/IP management was a major challenge. Weekly/Monthly optimization of schedules against multiple parallelly running campaigns was another challenge
Consolidation of reports covering different time periods and in different formats with client-specific data points was a key expectation. A standardized process was expected for better efficiency and quality control
